1. Purpose of Donations

  • Donations received are used exclusively for charitable, developmental, and social welfare purposes aligned with the objectives of BodhYukti Foundation.
  • Funds are allocated to projects and programs based on priority needs and organizational planning.

2. Acceptance of Donations

  • We accept voluntary donations from individuals, institutions, and organizations, subject to legal and ethical compliance.
  • Donations from unlawful or questionable sources will not be accepted.
  • Donations must comply with the rules of The Companies Act 2013, Section 8 and other applicable Indian laws, including FCRA (if applicable for foreign contributions).

3. Modes of Donation

Donations can be made through:

  • Online transfers via secure payment gateways.
  • Bank deposits, cheques, or demand drafts in favor of BodhYukti Foundation.
  • Cash donations are accepted only within permissible limits set by Indian law.

4. Donation Receipts

  • Every donor will receive an acknowledgment and receipt for their contribution via email or physical copy.
  • Receipts will include donation amount, purpose (if specified), and details of BodhYukti Foundation’s registration.
  • Donors are encouraged to provide accurate contact details to ensure receipt delivery.

5. Utilization of Funds

  • All donations are pooled and utilized for approved projects, programs, and administrative expenses necessary to achieve our mission.
  • Specific-purpose donations will be used strictly for the stated cause or project.
  • A transparent accounting system is maintained, and reports are available upon request.

6. Refund & Cancellation

  • Donations once made are non-refundable and non-transferable, as they are immediately allocated to our programs.
  • In case of accidental or duplicate donations, donors may contact us within 7 days, and we will review the request on a case-by-case basis.

7. Donor Privacy

  • We respect donor confidentiality. Personal details shared during donations are protected and used only for necessary communication and statutory compliance.
